Chocolate Biscuit Cake!



So i'm going to include some recipes on this as my blog is called is it time to eat? is it not!?

SO with that said todays recipe is chocolate biscuit cake!
now the following picture is the one I made quickly not caring about presentation but here is a photo anyhow!...
the perfect way to consume a bit of this is with a big cup of coffee in an i heart tea mug!

So do you want to know my recipe? well you can quickly, then maybe look up a real one if you like strict instructions!
You will need:
1 packet of digestive biccys
butter
hot chocolate powder
golden syrup
saucepan
a dish to put the cake in
cholate to melt for the top
Method:
-get a packet of digestive biscuits however i used rich tea lite biscuits! grand did the the job!
-crush these as much as you can while their still in the packet, i used a ladle
-then when usually the packet rips empty them into the dish you are using for the cake, make sure you've washed your hands and crush the rest with your hands, you don't want them to look like dust though!
now this is where it gets a bit throw this here and there!
-get a big dolap of butter and let it melt on low heat in the saucepan
-add 1 desert spoon of maple syrup and stir melting it into the butter
-add 2 desert spoons of the chocolate drinking powder(i used dairymilk!)
-stir, then add this to the biccys, if it does not cover all of the biscuits make the sauce thing again without the golden syrup!
-smoosh down the mixture so its tight in the container
-melt the chocolate and spread it over the top, no drizzle you don't want it everwhere(not like mine, i made a mistake)
-put it in the fridge to set, but not too long otherwise it goes rock hard!!
you can add raisons or nuts oh or my personal fave a secret ingredient is malteesers! like fo sho... makes it AMAZING!
